COVER vs STRUCTURE

When I wrote about Lake terminology last week, I kept the definitions very simple because as I have stated, this site is more for the novice angler than experienced fisherman, but then I was watching a fishing show in the bait shop and the host (A PROFESSIONAL FISHERMAN) said “YOU CAN FIND THESE FISH IN ANY STRUCTURE LIKE I’M FISHING” and showed an underwater view but he was fishing (WEEDS) which is cover, NOT structure. Maybe when they were editing the show they just missed that part. So, I thought I would explain a little more about cover and structure…
